How long do you hold a table?
Your table is held for 15 minutes from your reservation time. After that it may be reallocated. If you are running late, please call us and we will do our best to hold it.
Can I walk in?
Yes. If your preferred time is unavailable, you are welcome to walk in, and we will seat you if a table becomes free. Last order is at 22:00.
What are the opening hours?
The Bistro Grill is open daily from noon until 10.30pm, with last order at 22:00. Jazz-led DJ sets play upstairs every Thursday and Saturday from 7pm.
Can the kitchen cater for allergies?
Yes. List any allergies or food intolerances in the Special Requests box when you book, and tell our staff when you are seated so they can guide your choices and inform the chef.
Where is Honey & Smoke?
Jalan Monkey Forest No.67B, Ubud, Bali 80571. The Bistro Grill is at street level; the Supper Club and speakeasy are upstairs. Get directions.
Is there a dress code?
We invite you to dress smart casual and make the evening feel like an occasion. That said, come as you are: relaxed island wear is always welcome.
Can I bring my own wine or spirits?
BYO wine is permitted only for full or half-venue buyouts, with no corkage fee. It is not permitted for regular or group bookings.
Can I give a meal as a gift?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available from IDR 500,000, valid for 12 months and redeemable for dine-in.
Can you prepare for a special occasion?
Yes. Tell us about a birthday, an anniversary or anything else we should prepare for when you book, and the team will be ready for it.
Can I choose to sit upstairs or downstairs?
Online reservations cover both floors: the dining room downstairs and the Supper Club upstairs. Seating is not guaranteed, and you may be seated downstairs on high chairs. Add your preference to the Special Requests box when booking.
Are children welcome?
Yes, and there is a children's menu. Please note that we do not provide baby seats, high chairs or changing tables.
Can I smoke at Honey & Smoke?
No. Honey & Smoke is entirely non-smoking. Smoking, cigars and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the restaurant.
