Honey & Smoke Menus
Everything on the Honey & Smoke menu passes near the fire. Downstairs at the Bistro Grill, the kitchen cooks over chargrill and embers, with Levantine and Persian flavours at its core and a confident Southern European hand. Upstairs, the Supper Club bar draws from the same pantry as the kitchen.
Lunch and dinner are made for sharing across the table: Turkish flatbread lifted from the coals, burrata with pomelo and fennel jam, cauliflower shawarma, the Costolletta pork tomahawk and aged roasted duck, with house-made pasta and pizzetta from the wood-fired oven. The drinks list runs from signature cocktails to the Aged Negroni, and the wine list keeps growing.

When is the Honey & Smoke kitchen open?
The Bistro Grill is open daily from noon until 10.30pm. Lunch and dinner are served from the same fire.
Can Honey & Smoke cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. The kitchen caters for nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, shellfish-free and vegetarian diets. Each dish on the menu carries its dietary notes; tell the team when you book so the kitchen can prepare.
Is the food made to share?
Yes. The food is generous and built around contrast, meant to be shared across the table rather than defended on a plate.
Are prices subject to tax and service?
Prices are in thousands of rupiah and marked ++, which means they are subject to 7.5% service charge and 10% government tax.
Do I need to book?
Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want, especially on Thursday and Saturday evenings, when jazz-led DJ sets play upstairs from 7pm. You can book a table online or send a WhatsApp message to +62 822 1515 1586.
