Drinks Menu

The Supper Club bar upstairs draws from the same pantry as the kitchen. After dark the lights drop, the drinks begin to flow, and the room becomes an intimate supper club and, later, a speakeasy bar. The entrance is marked. It simply is not obvious unless you know where to look.

Cardamom Reverie combines gin with green tea-infused cardamom and lemongrass. Spice Route layers curry leaf-infused tequila with clarified calamansi, Smoky Basil brings aromatic whiskey together with honey and basil, and Honey Brown Butter pairs brown-butter fat-washed whiskey with forest honey. At the deeper end of the list, the Aged Negroni and Aged Old Fashioned use time and oak as deliberately as the kitchen uses flame.
